Hiring - NLP/ML Engineer

Over that time, our revenue has grown 750% into the very healthy 7-figures.

What makes us different is that we’ve grown fast while being capital efficient (not raising much money). We’ve done this with a performance-driven culture that attracts, retains, and rewards phenomenal people. We also:

You have high clarity of thought at a system level but also sweat the details.
You’ve recently been a leader at a healthcare technology/software company experiencing rapid growth serving enterprise clients.
You’ve made decisions that materially and quantifiably drove a previous feature or product forward through analysis of financial and operating metrics.
You can show a high delta in circumstances and outcome; in your work, you do much better than most people in your shoes would do.
You’re humble (we have antibodies to arrogance).

Tech Skills

AI and machine learning background
Large language model (LLM) experience
Python or Rust and/or NextJS
Vector Database experience
Working experience in any open-source LLM projects
Working experience with large datasets

Logistics

Number of hours per week: full time

Compensation: commensurate with experience (including InpharmD stock)

Milestones

Improve our fine tuning AI algorithm to support a larger data set.
Work on our Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback(RLHF) algorithm to support supervised learning and reduce hallucinations.
Improve our semantic search AI Algorithm using RAG(Retrieval-augmented generation) technique to support multiple LLM.
Build continuous Data Pipelines for new documents to process and upsert to long term memory cache (Vector Database).
Build in house Vector Database(DB) infrastructure using FAISS(Facebook AI Semantic Search) or other Open Source Vector DB’s
